This 5 day programme is a taster of our Fit Over 40: Back To Fitness 4 Week progamme which is a system to train smart, eat well, think successfully and live happy. We’ve run one of Europe’s most successful fitness and wellbeing retreat companies since 2012. We are both mid lifers and worked in the corporate rat race of London for 16 years before giving it up to realise our dreams.
We are sick of the one size fits all approach aimed at 40 plus men and women, along with the faddy quick fix solutions offered by companies trying to get you hooked in a vicious cycle. You see – we are you. We are your generation. And we passionately want to help you dramatically improve your quality of life through health and wellness.
